Salmon roulades

Ingredients:

150 g smoked Salmon slices
200 g spreadable cream cheese
chives
spices (according to own taste i.e. herbal pepper)

Preparation:

Season cheese according to your own taste. Spread cheese on salmon slices, roll them into small roulades and tie them with a chive, for the decoration effect. Place them in the fridge, serve cold.
