Salmon tartare with red caviar

Ingredients:

100 g Suempol salmon tartare,
2 Tbsp. red caviar,
2 Tbsp. capers,
1 Tbsp. (preferably Japanese) mayonnaise,
1 tsp. wasabi paste,
1 tsp. sesame seeds

Preparation:

Mix the tartare with chopped capers, sesame, mayonnaise and wasabi paste (useful tip: it is better to mix the mayonnaise and wasabi paste first). Form small rings and put red caviar on top of them with a teaspoon.
