Tartare with avocado and capers

Ingredients:

100 g salmon tartare,
1 ripe soft avocados,
1 Tbsp. capers,
½ lemon,
ground white pepper,
1 Tbsp. oil,
sprigs of dill for decoration

Preparation:

Cut avocado in half, remove pit, hollow out flesh and cut it into cubes. Sprinkle the cubed avocado with lemon juice to prevent it from darkening. Mix tartare with oil, season with white pepper. Arrange the avocado cubes to form a ring and place the seasoned tartare on top of it. The dish prepared in this way may be served with slices of lemon, dill and a few capers.
