On 17 March, the President of the Management Board of Suempol, Monika Siecińska-Jaworowska, visited the School Complex No. 4 im. Podlaskie Land in Bielsk Podlaski at the invitation of the Headmaster of the school, Bolesław Hryniewicki.

The meeting was graced by the performance of the Song and Dance Ensemble "Podlaskie Kukułki", whose activities and development are supported by Suempol. During the visit, Monika Siecińska-Jaworowska also talked about the activities of Suempol, introducing the students to the specifics of working in a modern fish industry company and the professional development opportunities that the company offers to young people m.in. in terms of apprenticeships and future careers.

The visit was also an opportunity to talk about the importance of passion, development and attachment to local roots.
