We are proud to announce that Suempol has been among the winners of the fifth edition of the Best Managed Companies Poland program, organized by Deloitte Private.
Best Managed Companies Poland is a program that distinguishes the best-managed private companies in Poland. Its aim is to recognize companies that develop based on high management standards, a well-thought-out strategy, responsibility and the ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
In this year's edition, Deloitte experts analyzed the competencies, processes and strategies of program participants in relation to the best management practices used by private companies around the world. The assessment covered four key areas of activity: strategy and the resulting mission and vision of the company, tangible and intangible assets of the company, organizational culture, as well as issues related to corporate governance and finances.
The final of the fifth edition of the program took place on June 18, 2026 at the headquarters of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The group of winners included 49 companies, including 8 debuting in the program and companies that successfully passed the recertification process. During the event, the award was received on behalf of Suempol by Krystian Witkiewicz, Director of the Department, and Patrycja Śliwka, Director of Regional Affairs. Controlling.
Suempol was among the debuting companies that won the title of Best Managed Company Poland 2026. This is a reason for us to be proud, as well as a confirmation that consistent development, responsible management, investment in competences and the daily work of the entire team build the strong position of our company.
The winners were selected by an independent jury composed of business leaders and representatives of the academic community. Among them were: the chairman of the jury Iva Georgijew (Deloitte CE), Krzysztof Augustynowicz (Salesforce), Krzysztof Domarecki (Selena Group), Dariusz Duma (FBN Poland), Marcin Grzymkowski (Sportano.pl), prof. Izabela Koładkiewicz (Kozminski University) and Dorota Żurkowska (Warner Bros. Discovery) and Robert Kozielski (SWPS University).
The distinction awarded as part of the Best Managed Companies Poland is particularly important to us, as it shows that Suempol is among the companies that set high standards of management and business development in Poland.
