The event brought together media representatives, experts and project authors, who discussed the idea behind the publication, the importance of conscious food choices in disease prevention and the role of proper nutrition in supporting the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
The event was attended by, among others, Prof. dr hab. n. med. Mariusz Gąsior, Dr hab. n. med. Bartosz Hudzik, representatives of Suempol, Kinga Paruzel and the team of clinical dietitians from the Silesian Centre for Heart Diseases in Zabrze, including MSc Marta Kaczorowska-Panek. Participants also had the opportunity to try selected dishes prepared based on recipes included in the publication.
