Salmon quiche


smoked salmon – approx. 300 g
1 pack of French pastry
3 eggs
200 ml 18% fresh cream
one small Greek yoghurt
200 g grated cheese
salt, pepper.
Additionally: 2 tablespoons of chopped chives or parsley


Grease a pie dish, place the pastry in it and puncture it with a fork. Bake it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until ‘white’ for about 15-20 minutes. Take it out and add sliced salmon on the top. Make an egg mixture: mix eggs with cream and yoghurt, you can also add 2 tablespoons of chive or parsley, season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture on the salmon, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes – until golden.
