Salmon tartare canapés


100 g salmon tartare,
8 slices whole grain bread,
curly lettuce leaves,
a handful of your favorite sprouts,
1 tsp. olive oil,
1 tsp. lime or lemon juice,
white pepper


sprinkle salmon tartare with olive oil, lime or lemon juice, season with white pepper. Place curly lettuce, sprouts and previously prepared tartare on each of the bread slices (brown them in an oven or toaster beforehand, if you like). Serve immediately after preparation.
