Salmon tartare

Salmon tartare

Ingredients:

300 g ready-made salmon tartare,
3 scallion,
2 cucumber pickles,
juice of 1 lemon or lime,
50 ml of olive oil,
1 cucumber,
1 apple

Preparation:

Peel and chop vegetables (they should be chopped finely). Mix with salmon, season with pepper and lemon juice. Serve with slices of wholemeal bread and a glass of white wine.
