Tartare in avocado boat

Ingredients:

100 g salmon tartare,
2 avocados,
1 stalk celery,
1 small chopped onion,
1 lemon,
1 Tbsp.
olive oil,
pepper,
dill for decoration

Preparation:

Cut avocado in half, hollow out flesh and cut it into cubes. Sprinkle both the bowls and the cubed flesh with lemon juice. Finely chop celery stalk and onion. Mix half of tartare, chopped onion and celery with oil, season with pepper and fill the bowls with avocado. Place the remaining part of tartare on top. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill.
