Tartines with salmon tartare

Ingredients:

100 g salmon tartare,
8 slices baguette,
1 small red onion,
½ cucumber,
1 Tbsp. olive oil,
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill and a few sprigs of dill for decoration,
1 lime,
white pepper,
coriander

Preparation:

Mix salmon tartare with olive oil, chopped onion, cucumber and dill. Season with juice from half of the lime, white pepper and coriander. Place the tartare prepared in this way on baguette slices (useful tip: the sliced baguette may be browned in the oven). Decorate the ready-made canapés with slices of lime and dill, serve immediately after preparation.
